Thermo photovoltaic bi-combined panel with a self-tracking concentrator
Bi-combined thermo photovoltaic panel converts solar energy into electric one and, at the same time, regenerates excess thermal energy into electric energy. In addition, the system is equipped with a self tracking solar energy concentrator. It offers an innovative performance in terms of produced kW per square meters with consequent cost reduction per installed kW. The product can be used to develop new systems for energy production which utilizes alternative renewable and environmentally friendly energy sources.VEHOR consists of modular panels, suitable for various applications.
THE SYSTEM
The system is created with an absolutely innovative technology based on the use of bi-combined thermo photovoltaic panel. It converts solar energy into electric energy, and, at the same time, regenerates excess thermal energy into electric energy. The produced electric energy can be either used directly or directed into alternate current low voltage power mains. The thermal energy in the form of water at about 55°C can be used for air conditioning, sanitary purposes, etc. The goal of the module carrying structure design was to offer a load resistance by means of geometric solutions rather than by mass, guaranteeing the perfect module balance without increasing the weight of the structure and its pressure onto the installation surface. This solution makes VEHOR a real innovation in the field of alternative energies because it produces energy at half of the present cost. For production of this system with low installation cost and maintenance requirements, EU loans and incentives will be used. This financial support will be received within the framework of numerous EU programs dedicated to the development of the renewable energy sources.
DESCRIPTION
The system produces electric energy in connection with the existing mono-phase alternate current low voltage power mains. At the delivery point, according to the aforesaid specifications, voltage is either 230Vac or 380Vac with 50Hz frequency. The photovoltaic generator rating is given by the sum of the rated output of the single photovoltaic modules.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
VEHOR generator is made of 7 single crystalline silicon modules of high efficiency cells, each of which can supply a peak power of 130 Wp. The area is made of several strings which in their turn are made of series of connected modules and mounted on different structures placed one after the other and at a distance large enough to prevent them from shading one another.The peak rated output of the VEHOR module is 1820 W. The peak rated output of the thermal generator is 15.000 Kcal/h.The rated output of VEHOR module is to is meant to be measured in standard conditions (STC).The conversion Group converts direct current produced by the photovoltaic modules into alternative current, and is phase linked to the local distribution grid so that the existing loads can be supplied, while the produced electrical energy is transferred to the grid when there are no loads.
The inverter uses MPPT technology (maximum power point tracking).It fully complies with the CEI 11-20 standard for the parallel connection to the local distributor grid: in fact it is equipped with an integrated interface device so that the parallel connection with the grid can be interrupted should there be any differences due to a minimum and a maximum frequency and a minimum and a maximum voltage.

“VERTICAL AXIS AND HIGH STATIC TORQUE AEOLIAN GENERATOR”
WIND is a vertical axis aeolian engine, characterized by a high static torque, and able to give the necessary power for water supply and the production of electric energy, particularly oriented towards agricultural users. The vertical axis configuration allows the simplification of the mechanical transmission of the energy produced by the wind and transformed into mechanical energy by the blades; the high static torque is indispensable for the coupling of this engine with the operating machines, particularly of the hydraulic type, such as the submersed pumps, which require, in the start phase, a torque significantly higher than the operation torque. The vertical configuration of the machine requires the setting up of a mechanical device for the rotation of the blades around their supporting axis. Such device is necessary in order to reduce the energy loss during the blade recovery phase, with speed opposite to the wind. The product is supplied as full package, made up of the engine with hydraulic pumpfor the water lifting, easy and ready to install.
WIND, by product typology forms part into the development of new systems of energy production exploiting the alternative, renewable and low environment impact sources; due to its size, the system can be classified among those systems for the mini production of energy, which can find a diffuse application on any areas.
