This level meter is from the capacitive type and very innovative, protected by an international Patent valid worldwide (EU Pat. N. 1657533)
It is suitable to measure the water and waste water level contained within a tank.
It is available in different sizes (10 to 100 cm and up to 200 cm upon request)
It is available in several models compatible with the following gauges:
• 3-180 ohms (resistive VDO type), open circuit voltage from the coil of the instrument: 5 to 18 V dc
• 240-33 ohms (resistive type standard), open circuit voltage from the coil of the instrument: 5 to 18Vdc
In the models mentioned above, an alarm has been previewed when you reach the reserve and / or to signal the imminent filling of the tank.
The resistive sensors (model PCHG2AXXX and PHWG2AXXX) have a bridge which is useful to choose to use the STD 240-33 ohm American gauge system (intact bridge) or with gauges like the VDO 3-180 ohm European System (cut bridge).
The resistive level sensors models are equipped with two alarm outputs (A1 and A2), the first is active when the level of liquid in the tank is less than 20% (empty alarm) and the second is active if the level exceeds 80% of the tank capacity (full alert). Download high resolution image
